Staff was very friendly and knew we needed to ship some stuff back home. Be prepared to provide the hotel you are staying at with details: hotel name, address, etc - everything is done electronically on iPad. If you are shipping belongings/souvenirs back home determine which box size is needed… ask for “sample” box to test fit. Once you have provided the material(s) in detail like description, price, etc they will determine how much it will cost. For us we selected EMS (fastest air ship) back to USA west coast and it arrived within 3 business days! You will be given tracking info and it’s pretty detailed on the website.This post office is clean, professional, and service friendly.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind when I organised a box to be sent internationally. They were very patient and polite, even though I don’t speak Japanese and made a few errors with the paperwork ^_^
