A wonderful experience with knowledgable staff. When I visited today I had a kimono and tea ceremony experience, and it was very informative. They have a wide range of beautiful kimonos and the tea ceremony was perfect. Not rushed, and Suzuki was a wonderful host who explained everything patiently (which was greatly appreciated).
We have been lucky to find and book the tea ceremony in advance before arriving to Japan. It was the most wonderful immersive time we have spent in this private tea ceremony getting so many insights into the actual tea ceremony and preparing the tea ourselves too. It was the most authentic and personalized visit,the best of hosting and hospitality. Thank you Wak Japan for this gift 💛
This is a must do for anyone visiting. We did kimono, tea making experience and origami lesson.Me, my mum (60+) and daughter (12) all had a fantastic time. Very knowledgeable host who was lovely, polite and welcoming. A truly fantastic experience and would do it again next time.You don't have to do the kimono experience to attend the tea ceremony. The building doesn't look much from the outside, be sure to check street view so you know what you're looking for.

典型的な町家を活かした体験が色々出来ます。先生も素晴らしいです。御所にも近く街中ですが奥まっているので静かです。
フランス じん です. きょんえん きょと で WAK JAPAN に いきました，岡さん と わたし わがし を つかいました、おばさん と しょくいん は しんせつでした、わがし は おいしくてすごいでした、すばらしかった です、いっしょに すごした じかん が すきでしたすごい ね、すばらしかった きょと まちや・J'ai visité Wak Japan avec ma maman l'année dernière pendant mon voyage à Kyoto. C'était une expérience incroyable ! Une expérience atypique avec des japonais plus qu'adorables. Nous avons appris à faire des pâtisseries japonaises et c'est sans conteste l'un des temps forts de notre voyage au japon. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner !

Très bonne expérience ! Une équipe tres pedagogue avec un très bon niveau d'anglais. Nous qui ne sommes pas bilingue avons pu aisément suivre ce cours et y prendre beaucoup de plaisir.Et nous rentrons avec de beaux cadres de nos réussites en calligraphie étonnement assez vite à notre portée !Merci, Okini !
