This place serves local vegetables and fish using flawless techniques tempered with the knowledge gained from mama sans lifetime. This is my top rated restaurant in all of Japan. You can’t beat honest food and real experience. This place has both. In spades. Mama san speaks Japanese (and vey little English) but has a great heart and attitude that shines through in her food. You will want to come back many times as I have over the years.
