I only attended one time to use the training room/free weights and found everything I needed. They have quite a lot of machines, but also a large range of free weights and a barbell squat rack. The drop in cost was 1100 yen and I'm sure I could have also used the pool or other areas, but chose not to. The staff were friendly, but be prepared to use Google Translate if you don't speak Japanese. I went in the afternoon and it is an older crowd, but honestly, that also just meant no one was using the weights! The women's change rooms has showers and you get a key for a locker. It's a community gym, so don't expect anything fancy, but it got the job done!
年輩の方が多いです。ジムなら他がいいと思います、プ−ルは、いいですよ。
自分のストレス解消の場所です🎵スタッフも皆さん良く気が効いてるので嬉しいです🙆
