We arrived around 2 pm and the racks were almost full. There is almost 20 bicycles available here& they are all electricWe were not able to download the app on both Apple and galaxy (says not available to download outside on a phone registered outside of Japan) and the machine you see on picture has been remote since. so we had to go inside at a counter on the 5th floor to buy a card that would activate the bicycle.
