新宿パルテンツァの特徴
洗濯機や冷蔵庫が完備され、長期滞在にも便利です。
冬の夜でも温かく、厚手の布団が心地よいです。
地下鉄まで徒歩10分、周辺には7Elevenもあります。
優點：有洗衣機，完善廚房及浴缸，房東反應迅速，晚上通知他風筒壞了，第二天就有一個新的掛在房門口了。位置方便，超便宜的業務超市就在步行距離。缺點：骯髒，廚房滿佈油污，廁所牆角都發霉，白色床鋪有污漬血漬沒洗淨。總結以這個價位來講我是很滿意的。
We spent 4 nights here in Winter. It wasn't a 5-star hotel, but for the money you're paying to be relatively close to it all, it's quite good. Everything was quite clean, there was mould behind the bathroom sink, but apart from that very impressive. The toilet and bathroom are stock standard for a Japanese hotel/apartment, but being a westerner I was very impressed.As with anything in Japan, if you're quite tall or wide, you're going to struggle with the size of things. Partenza is no exception. Everything is a squeeze.It's compact and comfortable. No frills but a great Japanese experience. Also only a 10 minute walk to the metro and 7-eleven!Also, the air con did a sufficient job in keeping us warm. Although it was a little temperamental at times.
Good place if you intend to stay a very long period, it comes with laundry machine, refrigerator and microwave, there is also a lot of plates and cutlery. The cleaning and trash is by your own. The only downside for me was that the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors.
