年配の女性が親身に対応してくれる郵便局です。
便利なATMが１階にあり、安心して利用できます。
立地は少しわかりにくいですが、親切なスタッフがいます。
貯金や保険は2階の窓口になります。
Excellent customer service. I sent 2 large boxes through EMS back to the US. They arrived about a week later - no issues. It helped to speed up the process by filling and printing out the online Japan Post paperwork ahead of time.Great first experience using JP and I will continue using them to send packages in the future.
My husband and I shipped our souvenirs home to Australia since we went a little wild on our honeymoon 😆 the staff there are super helpful, despite us knowing only a little Japanese. We used Google Translate, and they had a translation device as well. Very close to the train station, so very convenient.
Amazing and very professional staff. I had incredibly positive experience. I came to send 2 big parcels and I don't speak Japanese, but staff treated me in respectful and friendly manner.If you are foreigner that needs to send package to your home country and you stay in Osaka, this is post office I fully recommend.ありがとうございました！
いつもご親切に対応してありがとうございました😊、みんな優しいんです。
僕が郵便物を出しに行くと、年配の女性の方が親身に対応してくださって、非常に助かりました。一方で、家内が子供を連れて行ったり、子供の講座の相談に行ったりしたところ、長々と営業をかけられたそう。子連れで行くと若い女性スタッフに学資保険やらかんぽの保険やらをやたらとすすめられるらしい。ノルマでもあるのだろうか。人の時間を奪うのは人生の時間をとってる。命を削るのと同義。
