駐車場は小さく、坂道路に停める方が多いです。
観光客も多く、局員の対応はとても好印象です。

とても良い対応です いつもお世話になっていおります。
観光客の利用も多いのか、局員は皆親切で丁寧なので好感がもてます。ただ集配局なのに、何故か窓口は午後５時で完全に終了してしまいます。もう少し遅い時間まで営業していれば嬉しいのですが。

New post: I brought many boxes today and corrected an error I made. They were very patient. Thank you very much. 5/5Old post: 1/5 Completely unhelpful. I printed a postcard but they insisted that the content is not "printed matter". I asked them to teach me and show to me what option I need to select and they pointed out it should be a "small packet" but it's just a postcard in an envelope, so it's not a small packet.I have visited this office multiple times a month over two years now, often it is difficult but I usually manage to send things after a lot of prying questions. Today I wasn't permitted to send my postcard and I am so tired of this. I have no choice but to use this post office most of the time but if you have the chance, go to Muikamachi post office. The staff is more experienced and handle your packages a lot faster than the Yuzawa post office.I really, really didn't want to give one star, because some staff members actually do a great job, specially with insurance and banking. But for a post office, it's the third worst I have used.As I will continue to use this post office, I might change this review if:- staff helps out with printing labels when the conbini printers are out of order- They guide you through how to send different types of items and letter.Just telling me to "try again" without further instructions is not helpful. It's costing me time and money to find the answers the staff should already have.
