Geat service, we let out hostel call in advance because ge doesnt speak english. But i he pick us up at the station and at the end he set us back off at the station. Would recomend for foreigners.Wacht out!!! the google maps locaties is not on the right place. See the picture for the real location
Be sure to call 10 minutes before you arrive, there isn't always someone at the office but they will come to meet you. You can also call in advance to arrange free pick-up from the train station
Amazing service, I got a car for rental the same day without preparing them ahead. Highly recommend. Documents and protocols was easily processed with translation app.
It was my first time renting a car in Japan! I would suggest calling ahead of time. Even though I don’t speak or understand Japanese, I was able to use google translate enough to get by. They were nice and offered a ride to my bus stop for a small fee. I’m very thankful!
Rented a Wagon R and drove to mount tsurugi, iya vine bridges and nagoro scarecrow village with it. The service is great and the car has no problem traversing the narrow mountain roads, and the price is cheaper than most car rental chains.
