Very easy to book the car online, good communication and very good service when we picked up and dropped off the car. Over the road from Iiyama train station. Nissan e Note hybrid was perfect for us. We could fit a ski bag with one of the back seats folded down.
I can confirm the previous Reviews are correct. Great service, pleasant and professional staff, loved the Nissan eNote Hybrid.
Little kiosk with huge customer service! The service was impeccable and though I spoke almost no Japanese, they made everything easy. The car was spotless and once I was able to master the GPS, the car made my trip to Iiyama/Nagano next level. Beautiful part of the world (added bonus) and Nissan Rent a Car was immediately across the street from the Iiyama train station central exit.
Great car, quick drop off. Pick up was not as good because I asked to see a copy of the rental contract, or where to find it, which seems to have confused the staff. One of the staff members was rather rude about me asking for the contract and then out their hand in my face and brusquely told me to move to the left while I was filling out the forms. The other two staff members were nice. I’m putting this down to poor training from Nissan and things getting ‘lost in translation’
