It's a good place to organise events. It's far from all the houses and finishes at 9pm the latest, so it is not inconvenient for the neighbors and it doesn't disturb them, whoever says otherwise is lying, the train is just next to it, so the train is even noisier.The kitchen is well equipped, so you can even use the utensils and cook.It's also cheap and it's in a central location, near Yokohama station.Update: Lately it's becoming dirtier and dirtier and it seems that no one goes to make a deep clean at least once in a while, at least once a year, people use it and supposedly clean afterwards, but many times I find it quite dirty. The rugs and cushions look like they have never been cleaned or washed. But what's more annoying, people bring in food, don't finish it, and just leave it there, but no one will ever eat someone else's food, so the fridge is just always accumulating old foods.The fridge and microwave look also very dirty and like they've never been cleaned too.The bathroom it's always smelly.There should be a rule that people take with them the food they bring.And the should do a deeper cleaning at least once a year.
