I was passing this garage as i was walking towards kawaguchiko station and noticed some flashy cars in front. One of the employees noticed and said hello and if i would like to take a look at 2 of his own cars. Boy i was not disappointed! I am no Japanese resident, but i would advise anyone living in the area to do business with them! Thank you for showing me around! Arigato gozaimas
I had a flat tire and they were able to replace it on the spot very quickly. The staff were very friendly and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

旅行で山梨に行った時に車が壊れ、知らない土地なので調べて口コミが良かったので飛び込みで見てもらった！最初は諦めていたが色々と錯誤しながらやってもらい無事走るように。めっちゃ親切で対応も良くて凄い助かった！ここのお店が大阪にあればめっちゃいいのになと！車が走れる様になり、富士急ハイランドも行けて大阪まで帰って来る事ができた。あの時は凄い助かりました、ありがとうございました。

Had a little oopsie with my rental, dislodged the rear bumper slightly.Drove in just a few minutes after they opened, explained to the boss via Google translate what happened and if he could fix it.He looked at it, did a quick inspection, then took a tool and adjusted the bumper back into place. You couldn't tell that anything happened even. Everything took a grand total of 2 minutes.We offered to pay, but the boss graciously refused to accept payment. Thank you very much, M's Factory.
