私は京都に数日間出張しましたが、トレーニングに参加できるかどうか尋ねました。ただすごかった。 90分間のハードコンディショニングとカタの練習（平安ヨンダンと平安ゴダン）。このような短い通知を送ってくれた先生に感謝します。オス（原文）I have been for a business trip in Kyoto for a couple of days and asked if I can join the training. It was just amazing. 90 minutes of hard conditioning and some kata practice (Heian Yondan and Heian Godan). Thanks to Sensei for letting me in on such a short notice. Oss
私は英国の空手で4年間訓練していて、数日間は京都に行きました。私はこの道場に行きました。スタッフ全員がとても親切で、レッスンは構造が整っていました。疲れは言わずに（いつも良い兆しです）、帰国すれば再び来ます。非常に良いセッション全体（原文）I've been training in karate in the UK for 4 years and went to Kyoto for a few days. I went to this dojo and all the staff were very kind and the lesson was well structured not to mention very exhausting (which is always a good sign) if I ever come back to Japan I will come again. Very good session overall

He podido entrenar 3 días durante mi estancia en Kioto, y ha sido increíble. Infinitamente agradecido a Kato sensei y a su equipo por aceptarme en su dojo.Los entrenamientos, de muy alta intensidad (acabas realmente exhausto) son de puro karate tradicional, cosa que adoro! Nada de karate deportivo.Y la gente súper amigable y acogedora. Espero poder volver algún día!OSS!
