A secret gem hidden in Chiba. The owners are really nice. Everything provided to to us was organic or locally grown. From the smallest detail of hand towels to soap to tofu and miso. This place is ideal for a small group of friends or family, for a celebration, party or just a night or two get away from the city. There is an outdoors bathtub in the roof, a firepit, a lake, dogs and ducks! Elli and Murphy are so good at cooking and serving, def recommend their dinner!
Luxurious vacation in Momiji House at Uzume. Stylish! Nature all around and incredible local food.

A super special magical hideaway getaway, a respite for your soul, a birdsong paradise, the most delicious meats I have possibly ever tasted, prepared with great love and respect to the animals. Very comfy beds, amazing coffee (perhaps the best I had in Japan?) incredible art collection, tranquil views inside and out, modern minimalist design juxtaposed in a rustic setting. You feel like you’re a million miles from anything but actually there’s a Muji just 5 minutes drive away - it’s such a trip what they have created here. The 3 little dogs are also just sweethearts.
