Needed to rent snowboarding gear, found this shop 15 min as it was about to close. Really friendly owner and helpful for me to choose my boots and board - I'm a complete newbie and was at ease. Bonus is the big friendly dog you might see!Price is reasonable and gear was perfect for the 4 straight days of riding. Thanks lots!
jones、white space、spark、now、thirty two、dragon、arvaなど、本格的な物揃っています。バックカントリー用品を沢山置いてあり、スパークの部品など、バラで売ってくれました。ジョーンズやリブテックなどの有名なボードや、スプリットボードセット、ビーコンやバックパックなどもレンタルできます^_^スタッフが丁寧に説明してくれ、とても助かりました。英語喋れるスタッフもたくさんいました。
日本のスパークスバインディングのウェブサイトに掲載されていたので、搭乗会社に電話しました。ハイバックが壊れたので、電話してから3日以内に交換品を受け取ったので、電話してよかったです。バックカントリーパーツのための素晴らしいサービスととてもスピーディー。これらの人たちのおかげで、バックカントリーのキャンプ旅行に行くことができてうれしいです😊（原文）I called the boarding co, as I saw that they were on Sparks bindings website for Japan. My high back broke, I’m so glad I called, as I got a replacement within 3 days of calling. Great service for backcountry parts and so speedy. Glad I’ll be able to go on a backcountry camping trip now thanks to these guys 😊

Highly recommend this shop for professional emergency repair service.One of my Rome Fase binding ankle straps lost a screw while I was snowboarding on the third day of my trip. I couldn’t find any sports shop in Hakuba that sold the replacement part.The staff here were incredibly kind and professional. I brought the broken binding and the missing part, and they quickly found an alternative screw and parts that fit perfectly.Thanks to The Boarding Co. staff, I was able to continue my snowboarding trip without any problems. Really appreciate the help!They also offer rental services (including backcountry gear) and sell great products. Definitely check it out during your trip in Hakuba.
