We went snorkeling in Ishigaki for the very first time, and choosing Jiyujin was the best decision we could have made. Everything about the experience was exceptional.Our instructor Jed was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He made us feel safe and confident from the moment we entered the water. Our small group of three felt personal and relaxed two of us snorkeling and one diver, who was guided by Nao, the owner of the company. You can really feel how passionate they both are about the ocean and about giving guests a memorable experience.We visited three beautiful spots, each with its own charm. The highlight was seeing manta rays gliding gracefully through the water something we’ll never forget. We also spotted sea turtles and countless colorful fish.For a first-time snorkeling adventure, this was beyond anything we imagined. Jiyujin made it safe, fun, and truly magical. We left with huge smiles and memories we’ll treasure forever.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ishigaki who wants a friendly, professional, and unforgettable ocean experience.

石垣島に行くと毎回ここのマリンショップを利用します。親切で丁寧で初のダイビング体験も不安なくでき子供にも子供に合わせた対応をして頂き子供からも人気です。自分も数件のマリンショップを予約してツアーに参加しましたが、石垣島の中でも時遊人さんがトップクラスに楽しく安心できます。
Fluent in English. Extremely friendly and great with my kids aged 8 and 11. We did not feel rushed through any of the snorkel experiences on our full day tour. All pictures he took underwater were shared with us via air drop at the end of our trip. All gear was provided. We had the most magical day!

最高の時間をありがとうございました！８月にマンタに会えると思っていませんでした。台風の後でしたが、透明度の高い場所につれてってもらいました。私の想いを汲んでくださり感謝します。今年1番の思い出になりました。また石垣に行った時はお世話になりたいと思います。
