Answered our questions directly and quickly. Gave us the proper information we needed to complete all of our paperwork. It really helps to have an idea of the process or of what you need beforehand. It's a small office with only one or two clerks. It can get busy. People were coming asking questions about subjects they could've done a little research on. Great experience in my book.
I am thankful that there is a Philippines Consulate here in Okinawa that we Filipinos doesn't need to go to mainland Japan if we need to process some important documents. But I don't like the turn around time of documents. We need to wait 1 week for our documents to be process. They make us rewrite my documents several times to make it clear but they ended up messing one letter of my middle name in my lccm. Lol. I guess they need to hire young people already. 😊

We gave them feedback and suggested possible fix to improve their services but didn't want any suggestions. They became offensive and called us stupid for not knowing all the documentation that is needed. Perhaps if they had a prerequisites for each type of submission, it'll be more efficient. They rather be not liable for mistakes was their answer.
