聖天院・内庭（庭園） 🌿聖天院の内庭（庭園）は、境内に設けられた静かで落ち着いた空間です。広く整えられた池を中心に、自然石や手入れの行き届いた黒松の盆栽風植栽、本坊前に立つ石灯籠が配置され、上の伽藍へ続く石段へ向かう前に、心を穏やかにしてくれます。ゆとりのある中庭から眺める庭園は、四季折々に表情を変え、静けさと調和を感じさせます。堂宇と堂宇の間に生まれるひとときの休息として、建築・自然・信仰が一体となった美しさを伝える庭園です。Inner Garden (Teien) at Shōden-in 🌿The Inner Garden at Shōden-in is a quiet, contemplative space located within the temple grounds. A large landscaped pond with natural rocks, carefully manicured miniature black pines, and a stone lantern set in front of the main temple residence create a calming atmosphere as visitors approach the main stairs leading to the upper temple grounds.Viewed from the spacious courtyard, the garden changes gently with the seasons, offering moments of stillness and balance. It serves as a peaceful pause between temple structures and highlights the harmony between architecture, nature, and spiritual practice.
My wife and I visited this Koma Jinja today, it’s such a serene, spacious and beautiful jinja originally built during the Nara period.

周辺のオススメ
境内の庭園です。それほど大きいものでなかったですが、なかなかのものでした。季節によってはもっときれいでしょう。
