We rented two bikes including bags for 8 days for a bike trip on Shikoku. The bikes were very new and super high quality (Cannondale). The owner is very knowledgeable and clearly prepared the bikes well. Communication was easy through Messenger (search for “CYCLE FIX” to get in direct contact). He speaks English. We had no issues during our trip and the good quality bike made it possible to enjoy our trip. The owner even stored some of our luggage.Choose Cycle Fix if you are renting bike in Imabari. My strongest recommendation.
しまなみ海道自転車旅の途中でメカトラとなり、途方くれている時に見つけたショップです。一見客でも関わらず丁寧に対応して頂き、その後も自転車旅を続けることが出来ました。大変感謝してます。しまなみ海道ならではのショップです。
最近は機械的にマニュアル通り対応する店舗が多い中で、非常にあったかい対応をしてくれます。自転車の聖地にふさわしいお店だと思います。
ロードバイクについて電話で相談させてもらいましたが、素晴らしい対応でとても助かりました！

I flew in Matsuyama this morning for my Shikoku bike tour. Things didn’t go as planned - a broken rear derailleur from the flight. I managed to ride to Imabari and found this bike shop. The owner is super helpful; he dropped what he was working on and went at my bike right away and fixed it. He saved my day .. or my tour! Thanks to Cycle Fix!
