The shop owner, Uchiya, entertains his clients and aims to make friends with his clients regardless of whom they may be.The wines are chosen by Uchiya, given his previous background as a wine consultant. The selection included Sancerre for whites, a few robust Italian reds, and a lovely rose sparkling Cremant de Bourgogne.The cuisine is seasonal and depends on Uchiya's preference. He prepared a lovely braised pork belly with a smattering of black pepper.Seating is open air and seats about 12 people or so.If you're looking for an entertaining night out with easy conversation and a fantastic wine selection, I would highly recommend.
