I was in a real bind, and if it weren't for Mike I would have had to send my car to the Junkyard. From the get-go, Mike understood the urgency of my situation and went above and beyond to help me out. I was impressed with how quickly he took charge and made the whole process seamless. Selling a car can be a headache, especially when time is of the essence, but Mike turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a smooth experience.
Upon calling him he quickly helped me and assisted me with getting into my car after I accidentally dropped my key! He was able to open my car up quickly and even offered to help me look for it 🥺 Not many people are able to do that but he was very sweet and kind to offer outside of doing his job 100% recommend this company and thank them for what they do 🫶🏻
Excellent towing service will 100% call again whenever I need a vehicle towed and if you don't speak any japanese that fine because Mike can speak english and japanese
If you're American and need a tow this guy needs to be who you call! He's a veteran so he has base access easily so it makes it so simple. I called after hours and he answered quickly and even helped me figure out where to take my car.
Responded quickly and was extremely helpful and kind. Even gave me a lift back to my house after he dropped the car off. Will most definetly be using him if I ever need a tow again!
Mike is an extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. He stored my vehicle that I bought from mainland while I waited to PCS to Okinawa. Once I arrived, he towed it to Camp Foster and even changed the battery for me. Mike gave me recommendations for vehicle repairs and body work around the island. I can’t recommend this company enough. You’re in safe hands with CaARS Towing Okinawa!
Amazing service! Just got my motorcycle towed down to the shop. Mike was very kind and helpful. He was able to help translate with the workers at the motorcycle shop as well! 10/10 would recommend to any other service member!
10/10 highly recommend. When you pay for full coverage with CHUBB and they can’t find your profile/membership…. MIKE/OWNER of CaARS TOWING came out in the severe rain late at night and incredibly quickly and was able to tow my car over to typhoons 👍🏽.

Car broke down on the express way and the team at CaARS towing was very fast on locating my position and dropping my car off where it needed to go. Would definitely call here again if my car ever went down again.
