That owner of the store was a very courteous and helpful older man. He took the time to brew us a few different teas and showed us how to best enjoy it. It was overall a very pleasant experience and the tea was delicious. Well come back again.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La vendeuse est adorable et nous a proposé de déguster plusieurs thés avant l’achat. Le thé vert est vraiment excellent !

We are from Australia, we love green tea so much. Every time we visit Japan, we make sure to pick some up because Japanese green tea is the best! This shop’s tea is amazing, with a clean, crisp flavor, and it's really well-priced, giving us a traditional and authentic experience. They even have porcelain teacups and teapots, which adds a special touch. The owner was super kind, and her warm smile made our day^^We are so grateful for her hospitality, especially the complimentary tea tasting. The tea had a refreshing, clean taste and a lovely green tea aroma.
ペットボトルのお茶の味に疑問を持っていた中ふと立ち寄り、お茶に関する知識や急須の使い方など丁寧に教えていただきました。平野園オリジナルのお茶を購入しましたが、香りが豊かで、家でお茶を飲む時間が楽しみになりました。
お店の方がとても丁寧に対応してくれます。小さな店舗なので、在庫にはどうしても限界がありますが、深蒸し中心に、種類豊富に販売しています。茶器は基本的にリーズナブルな物を置いてあり、常滑焼の急須が数点という感じ。深川不動尊の門前に相応しい、風情を感じることが出来る、下町情緒溢れるお店です。

We had a wonderful experience shopping here during the Pokemon GO event, where participating stores were giving away free stickers with purchases. The gentleman who assisted us was incredibly kind and welcoming. He offered us a complimentary tasting of their premium Okumidori Organic Matcha, which we ended up purchasing because we enjoyed it so much.I was also curious about the stamps displayed in the store, and he happily stamped my small notebook—the one I use for collecting eki stamps and participating in stamp rallies. It was such a small gesture, but it made the visit feel extra special. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable experience. Definitely coming back! Arigatou gozaimasu! 🙇♀️🍵✨
