Lived here for a bit over 3 years. Landlord and family were awesome and kind. The area is beautiful, quiet, and safe.

When I got to Sasebo I was very scared to be too alone living out in town; I got this RPP recommended from a military person who was living here before me and now she is not only my neighbor, is a friend who become family. This is how living here was the best decision ever. But, apart of that… LET ME TELL YOU about the wonderful landlord and his family: they are very caring, eager to help and understanding of many situations that normally happens by living in a rent unit, I just needed a text or call away for getting their help and assistance super ASAP and I never felt alone. Me and my family, we are beyond grateful for getting to know them and doing business with them. I totally recommend these RPP units for everyone.
This was a treasure of a find. Coming from the US our furniture was very large and we were very worried about finding a place in which we could keep all of our oversized furniture. Not only was this apartment the perfect size but we hit the jackpot with the best landlord in all of Sasebo. The neighbors are also fantastic it’s a very quiet peaceful RPP and the perfect place for anyone moving to Sasebo.
Very nice apartment, and extremely kind and responsible land lord. 10/10 recommend!

Lived here for three years, quiet neighborhood, super clean rooms, very responsible and nice landlord. 20 minutes from main base with 2 parking spots! It is hard to find larger rooms in Japan so we are glad we found this place. So sad to leave the house as it was very comfortable for family.
