I came here once since it was really near to where I was staying at. Great drinks, nice atmosphere and the barman treated me nicely. We talked a lot about music. Highly recommend coming here for a drink.
My friend and I stumbled upon this bar when looking for a late night spot to get a couple of drinks during the last night of our trip to Japan. On top of great cocktails, we got to meet one of the most genuine people - Sho the owner of Ni-Ru. He was excited to practice English with us as well as share local recommendations and just be an all around wonderful human. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by to meet Sho. We will definitely be back and will tell everyone who will listen about this gem of a bar and its gracious host.
Had an amazing night at Bar Ni-Ru.Bartender was very friendly had a good conversation and they play great music!Adding to the review, came back once more and the vibe was as great as last time! Everyone is amazing and the owner tries his hardest to corporate me into conversations with the English they know.I went to multiple bars now in my time in Japan and Ni-Ru has to be my favorite of the whole trip.Thank you for the amazing time Sho!

Bonjour à tous. De passage à Osaka. Nous sommes allez au bar le Ni-Ru. Cadre magnifique. Un accueil chaleureux. Et très sympathique. Si vous êtes de passage n hésitez pas à y aller. Le patron M. Sho est vraiment très agréable. Il n'y a pas à dire les Japonais sont super chaleureux.
