I visited this shop after seeing the store sign by chance as we visited the local Tsushima shrine. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and the shop owner was very friendly and helpful! I came with a very limited Japanese vocabulary, but as an excited knitter/crochetter. The shop owner greeted me immediately and invited me in warmly. With my broken Japanese and Google translate assisting, we were able to communicate. I was specifically looking for locally made yarn and while they did not stock anything made in the local town at the time of my visit, she helped me pick out a Japanese manufactured yarn and even helped me pick a pattern! She ensured I would have a sufficient quantity of yarn for the pattern, and gave me a bulk discount. My travel companions were enamored with the jewelry, accessories, and knitted/crochet trinkets that the shop also stocked (example pictured). I strongly recommend any crafty tourists visit this charming shop if you are in the Tsushima area.
優しい先生です。作家さんもやっておられます。面白い作品が多いです。
とってもステキな編み物作家さんです。先生というより、お友達のようにフランクに教えてもらえます。いつきても、楽しい場所です。
ニットとあみぐるみのお店。気さくな店主が、初対面からとてもフレンドリーに応対してくれます。写真にもありますように商品には、面白いニットもあります。編物教室もやってみえます。
