As a traveler from Malaysia on a 21-day Kyushu Trip, I'm so blessed to have found Kumamoto Harvest Church founded by Pastor Yoji Nakamura to attend a Sunday service here in Kumamoto. Pastor and his daughter (who also plays organs for the worship) along with the whole congregation are so so friendly and hospitable. I really feel very much at home at this church. Even the worship songs have romaji characters which help me to worship along in Japanese for the very first time. The sharing from Watoto team from Uganda is inspirational.Pastor Nakamura is a very good man. He is warm, friendly and he is true to his heart. I can also feel his love for Jesus as he prays. As they will have a new building coming up soon near Kumamoto Station, I pray that God will multiply the congregation even more and bless even more people in the community. It's such a wonderful church! I hope I get to visit Kumamoto again one day and revisit this church.Thank you Pastor Nakamura and Kumamoto Harvest Church! Arigato gozaimasu!
This is a international church with a bilingual service (Japanese and English) on Sundays. They also have a full English service on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month at 7:30 pm. The people are friendly and there is a good mix of Japanese and foreign people in attendance.
This is international church. Pastol Yoji is really nice guy. If you go to harvest kumamoto church, you'll recieve love of god from christians. I confidently recommend this church!
