数年前に泊まらせてもらいました。ホストの方にとっても親切にしていただきました。部屋も清潔で快適でとても過ごしやすかったです。また泊まりに行きたいです。
很不錯的一家當地人房子的民宿，該有的都有冷氣很強水壓很好熱水也沒問題👍房間算很乾淨了！屋主人很好很客氣英文可以溝通，還有機場接送👍也可以跟他借小車使用，要先跟她說幾天，地點在漁港附近會聽到漁船的鳴笛聲傍晚還可以看到夕陽，大約300公尺有一家便利商店，國際通要走一小段路約20分，雖然不是在國際通或者單軌電車旁的民宿，但co值很高，有機會去沖繩會再訂這一家，希望老闆還有營業，因為他大約50-60歲左右了。
房東人非常好，有家的感覺，住的非常舒服。重點是還有車可以開，真的很棒。
11月に3泊4日でお部屋を借りました。那覇空港への送迎と初日から3日間のレンタカーが付いての宿泊費なのでとてもお得です。ナビの設定は泊高等学校で行けると思います。徒歩圏内に泊港やファミリーマート、ソーキソバの美味しい田舎泊店があり便利です。国際通りまで2kmほどありますが歩ける距離です。繁華街から離れているので夜は静かですが港に近いので早朝は少しうるさいです。
離那霸市中心不到10分鐘距離。位於海邊。旁邊有高中 但也有一個十字架墓園。清幽。為傳統的住家。空間大。可以選擇睡床或榻榻米。我們有一個一歲小孩。所以三人睡地上也很舒適。冰箱 設備 冷氣 烘衣機 微波爐 都有。很方便重點是 房東會講英文跟日文。溝通無礙且人非常和善。還可以借車開去觀光。提供接送機服務。住了五晚，我們非常滿意。期待小孩子大了再去一次PS照片是宿後留念拍攝。
建物には歴史を感じます。中は綺麗にされていて、生活する設備は整っています。すみながら旅するような気持ちです。お風呂は構造上水浸しになるのが玉に傷ですが。レンタカーも付いてこのお値段！何よりオーナーさんがとても親切です。立地もいゆ市場が徒歩圏内ですし、国際通りまでも車で十分程度です。
Stayed for 5 nights. Bilingual host ensures you and your guests are well taken care of.Free airport pickup, free rental car, and free (in-house) purified water. They were flexible to our late arrival and was very thoughtful to leave some sandwiches and breakfast knick-knacks in the fridge upon check-in.We stayed at the bigger of the two apartments with the balcony which had a laundry machine and dryer. The property isn't a Ritz Carlton but a provides a reminiscence of a typical old school Okinawa living.Convenient location near Family Mart, fresh market, Ferry Terminal, and downtown Naha and Shintoshin.Will stay again!Tips: book direct for better value. Was told discount applied for long-term stay. Don't forget to go to the rooftop for partial ocean view. Host also owns a Ramen shop (10 minute walk)- highly recommend the gyoza and his specialty ramen.
我覺得很棒，房東人很好，有機場接送，房東還借車給我們開，房間不新但非常乾淨，有洗衣機烘乾機，沒抽煙的話可以選沒陽台那間就好，我不在意旁邊的小墓園，都是十字架感覺沒有很恐怖，下次去沖繩一定還會選擇這裡。
Amazing apartments with some airbnb units. The host is bilingual, English and Japanese. She is extremely kind and hospitable, unlike any airbnb I’ve stayed at. Rooms are cozy and equipped with everything you need + she offers free airport pickup/drop off. As far as the location, there isn’t much of a view but it’s a very close walk to the ocean (not a beach but a park by a ferry port). Family mart is also a close by wall as well as a fresh fish market. I highly recommend you check this place out!

We stayed at Miyagi Apartment near Tomari Port and it honestly felt like staying with a relative’s home rather than a rental. The host was warm and genuinely caring, always checking that we had everything we needed and making sure we were settled in. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and really homely – the kind of place where you can relax properly after a day out.The location turned out to be perfect for our plans. Being so close to the port made it really easy to head out to the islands, whether for a day trip or as a base before moving on. There’s a fish market nearby where you can pick up super fresh sashimi and even put together your own Chirashi don, which became one of our little rituals while staying there.One thing we really appreciated was how flexible and kind the host was. We had booked two separate stays because we planned a trip out to the islands, but an incoming typhoon disrupted everything. She helped us rearrange the booking to extend our stay without any fuss, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. It also helped a lot that she could communicate in English, so asking questions and sorting out details was easy and comfortable.The apartment comes with a rental car, and that made exploring Okinawa so much simpler. We could just hop in and go wherever we wanted, without worrying about buses or train schedules. As a nice bonus, the host’s brother runs a noodle shop nearby – we went there for a meal and the noodles were comforting and tasty. They have gyozas which was a real highlight.All in all, Miyagi Apartment is the kind of place that leaves you with warm memories. A caring host, a homely room, a great location near the port, and little local touches like the fish market and noodle shop around the corner – we’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Naha.
