Excellent hair salon! The staff is very nice and friendly and can communicate in English well. All three of us loved our haircuts! They gave us exactly what we wanted based on the reference photos we showed them. It cost 3300 yen for each person (regardless of hair length or gender) for a cut with wash, which is a great price! We would be regulars here if we lived here (we were visiting on vacation).
第一次在日本剪頭髮，就獻給Billy Hair Salon了！美髮師英文非常好，溝通無礙，讓人很安心。本來有點擔心評論裡都是歐美人，會不會他們比較會剪西方人的頭（？）所以這次只剪了瀏海，拿出照片二話不說就動手開剪，剪完還幫我整顆頭吹整一遍，服務很到位，第一次在日本剪髮的體驗超好，以後來可以考慮動整顆頭了🤩💖台灣人有來神戶一定要試試看(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)/My very first haircut experience in Japan was at Billy Hair Salon — and it was amazing!The stylist speaks excellent English, so communication was super smooth and I felt really at ease.At first, I was a little worried because most of the reviews were from Western customers — I wondered if they were more experienced with Western hair types.So I only asked for bangs this time, but once I showed the photo, the stylist immediately understood and started cutting without hesitation.After trimming, they even blow-dried and styled my whole head — such thoughtful service!It was a fantastic first experience getting a haircut in Japan. I got my hair bleached and I loved the results! It was easy to talk through what I wanted and what the process is like. My hair feels soft and the bleach was gentle. They can speak both English and Japanese so I recommend it for those who are looking for English speaking hair salon.
Totally recommend for people with curly hair! They have experience working on curly hair for haircuts and coloring and they don’t damage the hair in any of those processes! Also very friendly owners! Easy access location

これは、実際に髪について知っている人々がいる優れたヘアサロンです。彼らは英語も話し、外国人に対してとてもフレンドリーです。とても長い髪を洗ってモホークにカットしてたったの3000円！彼らは非常に細心の注意を払っており、あなたと協力してあなたが望む正確な外観を実現します！私は少し遠くに住んでいますが、彼らはとても良いので、私はまだ彼らに私の髪を整えるために旅行します！（原文）This is an excellent hair salon with people who ACTUALLY KNOW ABOUT HAIR. They also speak English and are very friendly toward foreigners. I got my very long hair washed and cut into a mohawk for only ¥3000!! They are very meticulous and work with you to achieve the exact look that you want! I live a bit far but I'll still travel to them to get my hair done because they are just that good!

Amazing price, he cuts your hair just like you suggest, I’m definitely coming back even if I have to travel from Kyoto since that’s where I live. However I suggest you call to make an appointment. I didn’t know an appointment was needed but luckily the man (Billy maybe) made me a same day appointment. They speak really good English.カットありがとうございました🧃🙌
