Best haircut ive had in Asia. No rush, clean, everything done with precision. Not crazy expensive.
I recently visited Koike Barber Shop in Imabari, located right next to the hotel where I was staying. From the outside, the shop already stands out with its unique design, especially the thoughtful lighting for the barbers, as you can see in the pictures. Once inside, the decoration really gives off a classic barbershop vibe. The walls are adorned with numerous certificates and awards, which immediately gave me confidence in their expertise.As there was a bit of a language barrier, I was initially nervous—especially after a less than ideal experience at another barbershop in Osaka. However, I had prepared a text to explain what I wanted. The barbers showed me pictures of various hairstyles and beard trims, which made me feel comfortable and confident that nothing would go wrong. The haircut was incredibly professional and turned out exactly as I had hoped. The final touch was an amazing head massage that really made the experience even better.Despite the language barrier, I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I was extremely satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a haircut or beard trim. Thank you again—it was a great experience!
