Fantastic experience.There are three staff here - man from Niigata, woman from Ibaraki, and a younger woman who’s still learning the ropes from the first two and speaks English. I had the woman. She was so kind and genuine (not fake and pretentious like some other places can be) and conversation flowed very smoothly. She’s been working there for 7yrs and had the experience and kind cool confidence. She wasn’t pushing products and wasn’t trying to get me to sign up for additional things off the menu.The haircut was simple and beautiful, and just what I wanted and more. She really listened to the basic requests I had (cut a bit, layer, and color my greys), checked in to see how I felt about the length and feel a few times, and even gave me tips/advice on how to dry my hair afterwards. Also scalp and shoulder massages after the treatment were superb - nice and strong. She said she learned from her chiropractor. I feel like a million bucks again. Thank you!They also have the cutest chihuahua that has such a cat personality (you call it and it does NOT come) and nips a bit (still young) but he is the cutest thing. The woman let him sit on my lap while she colored my hair. I can see how animal therapy is a thing.

The lady at the salon was so skillful and she is really efficient—we did the haircut, hair coloring, and treatment all in just two hours.What’s even more amazing is that her skills and sense of aesthetics are top-notch! The haircut fits my face perfectly, the hair color is exactly the natural yet elegant shade I wanted, and my hair feels soft and smooth after the treatment. The overall result exceeded my expectations—I’m really, really satisfied! As a parent with a child, I’d say this place is super family-friendly. Definitely a five-star review!
