location is really good close to the train and a nice street with all you need, rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need, host is great, check in process is really easy and the price is surprisingly good.
신주쿠역이랑 멀지도 않고 위치 좋습니다. 바로 앞 한인타운이라서 한식도 쉽게 접할수 있어요.
很棒的民宿，老闆是台灣人對很多旅遊相關問題老闆都可以幫忙解決.地點近地鐵站（5分鐘）方便自助旅遊遊客.
Cosy room, excellent value in a central location. Clean and tidy. Self check-in was easy to navigate.
A very pleasant stay. The room is modern, clean, and a good size, with useful amenities like a washing machine and an elevator. We especially appreciated being able to open the window and air out the room — not always common in Tokyo.Great location as well: many activities are within walking distance, and the metro connection is very convenient.Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in/check-out were flexible. The host also handled our luggage delivery and even brought the suitcases to our room. We’re really glad we stayed here and would definitely recommend it.
엘리베이터가 있어서 편하고 좋았어요.보안이 철저해서 여자 혼자 가도 좋을것 같아요.일본 호텔 치고 넓은편 이였어요. 실제 일본 거주하는 친구 집에 놀러간 느낌이 들어서 편안하게 잘 쉬었습니다근처에 편의점은 조금 걸어야 하지만 지하철 역도 가까이 있어 좋아요!

改装したてなのか、とても綺麗な部屋でよかったです。ゆっくり寛げました。住宅街にあるので看板がいい目印になりました。

Room size is ok for me as I stay alone (if 2 people I think a bit small). I can open full suitcase. Small toilet but have bathtub, I love it. I like to take a hot bath.Full appliance, hair dryer, refrigerator, mini fan, desicator, air condition, electric kettle.They also have washing machine & cloth dryer but need to pay.Hotel area have many restaurant. I love a cafe around corner, walk about 100m. Next is steak restaurant also delicious for me.The owner is nice. She answer quick as I never go Tokyo before.
