トイレの水道は正常に機能しており、便利です。
飛んでいる虫や蜘蛛が多く、不快な臭いが漂います。
The toilet was a blessing for us, as after 17:30 almost everything is closed in this area and this is the only place to make your toilet dreams come true.In the men's toilet there are two urinals and one toilet. The water supply is there, so the toilet flush and the tap are working nicely.Due to the lack of electricity there is no light and it might be quite dark there. The hand dryer also doesn't work. There is no paper as well, so it is better to consider that before visiting this place.The fact that there is no door makes the entrance highly efficient and doesn't require you to touch any dirty handles.The atmosphere is not really friendly, as the smell is not the best and in summer there are many insects and spiders inside.The safe that is lying in front of the toilet makes a mysterious vibe.There is also a separate toilet with a door for handicapped people and people with babies. + respectOverall it was a good experience. But there is a room to grow.4 stars just because there are no other options and I was happy that this toilet even existed.
水族館からはファーサイドになるので、ほぼ独占使用できます。紙は無いので持参の上でご利用願います。
歴史的建造物、旧白鳥家番屋の裏にある公衆トイレ男子トイレは小便器2、大便器1です。大便器は嬉しい様式です♪多目的トイレもあり小さい子お年寄りも安心です。もう少し清潔感があれば★星5です。

The toilet's location behind the historical landmark and around 5 minutes to go from Otaru Aquarium. It is hard to confirm that this toilet ensures all the hygenic supplies but at least it satisfies basic needs. This toilet differs from other Japan toilets by not pleasant smell. But, it is quite bearable. The toilet is clean on 4 per 10. You would not want to stay there for a long time, but at least the facilities allow you to do your job without any inconveniences. One thing, important to mention, there is no toilet paper, either in man or woman part. So, you would need to care about it before you go there. Surprisingly, the toilet (sure about the female part) has an small trash bean, allowing you to throw away the hygienic pockets or used toilet paper. You should not worry about water access, thought you should really bring antibacterial soap as the toilet doesn't include such a luxury.
