他店購入のサングラス調整をJINSに断られ依頼。非常に丁寧に対応いただきました。レンズ交換も同店で¥8,000かかったところ半額程度でやっていただけるようです。カラーバリエーションも多く次回はこちらで購入したいと思いました。

One of the best customer service experiences I have had, not just in Japan, but anywhere in the world.I came to Sunny after visiting other stores that either told me my Ray-Ban sunglasses could not be repaired or suggested that I simply buy a new pair.Nakai-san and Tam-san immediately took a completely different approach. Instead of looking for reasons why it could not be done, they focused on finding a solution.They spent a long time helping me, patiently working through language barriers, shipping logistics, and repair options. They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me.Throughout the entire process they kept me informed, handled everything with great professionalism, and made sure the sunglasses reached me before I left Tokushima.But what I will remember most is not the repair itself.As a traveler visiting Japan, these two ladies made me feel welcome from day one 🇯🇵. In a city as big and busy as Tokyo, they took the time to help a stranger, always with patience, kindness, and a smile 😊.The name Sunny fits perfectly ☀️. The shop is cool, but the people are what make it amazing!A special thank you to Nakai-san and Tam-san for going above and beyond 🙏. I will definitely stop by again the next time I am in Tokyo.Highly recommended 😎
