Baluko Laundry Place
Very clean and great location. No need to download the app and English can be found on every instruction.Only 2 washing machines but many dryers and 1 shoe washing machine.
This place is very clean, and easy to find (on the main road). There is English instruction on the machine, very easy to use.
Didn't need to use the app - just needed coins and there's a change machine (only changes 500 or 1000 though). A small to medium wash and dry was 1100 yen - may be more expensive than some places but it was convenient to the hotel (rihga royal) and quick.
Huge machines that were easy on my clothing and did a good job, quickly. It was also not too busy and had change machines. Convenient location for Royal Rihga hotel.
