Great place to get luggage before leaving! They have cute carry ons with cup holders for $32 and full size ons for about $45! Owner is very kind and accepts Suica as payment if you have left over yen on the card perfect place to shop before you go cause he also has a large variety of Magnets for only $300 yen!

I was looking for an affordable suitcase to bring home all my Japan purchases and randomly came across this shop. They had great prices, and my friend and I each ended up buying a luggage. The man working there was so kind—he checked all the zippers for us and even brought out brand-new ones still wrapped in plastic. They also offer tax-free shopping with your passport. Highly recommend!

Muss jetzt hier kurz eine Bewertung abgeben, weil ich die anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe. Wir sind gekommen als der Chef den Laden abschließen wollte. Er war super freundlich und hat uns dann auch noch gut beraten. Steuerrückerstattung war überhaupt kein Problem und dann hat er uns auch noch den Code für den Koffer persönlich eingestellt. Super Geschäft und vor allen Dingen unglaubliche Preise! Haben einen richtig tollen Koffer für knappe 30 € gekauft.
結帳有提供護照，但結帳人員沒有退稅，之後還有繞回去問，但也說有退稅要我放心？？這裡提供照片評評理。多給一顆星是因為另外一位店員算好又問有答。雖然在回去詢問退稅時他沈默了，讓我有這個警惕。他知道不是這樣算稅金，但又不能說破。

箱子有點問題，買了一天就要回去換。男的日本店員雖然不會中文或英文，但Google 翻日文也可以，加點錢換了高級的，又幫忙認真試了箱，我現在非常滿意關於免稅，問了mcoin's上野店員，所有mcoin's此刻都不能退稅。
