The location is excellent. Check in is through a tablet, no workers, but very easy to use. Heat and air con in the room is easy to control.Only downside is that the room was narrow. Best for backpacks, not great for multiple luggage.

東京の宿泊費がやたら高く、ここがまぁその中でも安価だったので宿泊しました。備え付けの洗面台はかなり小さくて、洗顔などの際には結構不便ですか、シャワーブースは綺麗だし、部屋もベッドも特に問題ありませんでした（2段ベッドが二つある部屋。窓は開かない仕様）。ただある日の夜11時過ぎごろから、おそらく地下にあるダイニングルームか、もしくは他の部屋で、大宴会してるのか！？というぐらいびっくりするようなうるさい叫び声が数時間していました。管理人も常在していないので、いろいろ気にする人は泊らない方が無難です。
安くて場所は良いですが、サービスはまったくなく、防音が1つもありません。
ヒンブーキングドットコムで予約して利用してレビューを書いたが、なぜか見えない（長所と短所の概要メリット）駅近くでいい。ドンキー、コンビニエンスストア、レストランも近い。池袋まで1駅！歩いても30分だから散歩していい。部屋の中にトイレとシャワーがあります。ヤッパ最高ですあああㅏㅏ短所）ほこりが付いてくる。敏感な人は気絶しそうだ！2階にあるベッドを使うためのはしごが不安定だ。上がりにくい設計+木のギリギリ。少なくとも鉄製ならいいな俺と仲間は걍体横になれたらとてもよく寝るから。以上です。
夜中に騒ぐゲストがいたので、ここを使うことがもうないでしょう...。
We found the room quite alright. Everything was clean and organized despite the semi small size. The only issue we had was that they did not take out the trash from the previous guests so we had nowhere to throw our trash and had to improvise.Rooms also felt really cold at night but was alright under the covers. Could do with a little heater.Other than that, decent accommodation. It's not that far a walk from the station either and there's convenience stores and restaurants nearby - there's even a sushi restaurant across the way. It's cheap so you get what you pay for I guess.

Good for budget stay, room clean and had a good night sleep. The hotel dont have elevator and the room is quite small. Location is great since its located near JR Otsuka, with 7-11 located just around the corner.the water pressure is good and we had a good shower as well.
