히라기시 역주변 10분거리로 역과 가까웠다.이 숙소는 지어진지 오래되었지만깨끗함을 유지하고 있고번호키와 분리수거와 같은 생활규칙을 잘 준수한다면삿포로 생활을 하기에 최적의 장소이다.아침에 도요히라강을 따라 조깅을 하고히라기시 역주변에 수퍼도 있어 장을 보기에도 적절하다공용세탁실,건조기 있어 빨래하기에 적절하며냉,온수가 잘나온다.주인은 좋은 인상을 가지고 매우 친절하며 아침 일찍 출근하여 반가운 인사를 건넨다. 여행자들이 자주 찾아오는듯 하다.베이스 캠프로 1일권 지하철 끊어서 여행다니기 좋은 숙소로병원 근처에 있음에도 고요함이 유지되는 좋은 곳이다.매우 만족
One of the best places we’ve stayed in a while.The space is small but does not feel cramped.Thanks to the friendliness and energy of the owner the atmosphere is very light and relaxing.Although the building is not new, it is super clean and very well maintained.

値段も安くエアコンもあったので8月でも快適に過ごせた。ワーケーションや長期滞在に必要な設備は整っており、周りも静かで過ごしやすかった。
As my first accommodation in Japan, this place offered a great combination of being easily accessible due to its proximity to the station, while also being in a quiet location where I felt safe.My studio (207) was small but with all the essential features, perfect for one person, however I think it would also accommodate two people just as well. It has a kitchenette where you can do minimal cooking too, although there are so many nice restaurants around that I preferred to go to and try the Japanese cuisine.Takashi was friendly and understanding, especially considering how late I arrived due to unforeseen circumstances. I was also able to easily extend my stay at short notice, with no issues whatsoever.
Takashi the owner is wonderful. Toilet for my room was a bit narrow but otherwise the room was equipped with everything I needed including extras that were thoughtful (adapter for electronics etc). Great value for a stay in a quiet area but near a convenient station for central Sapporo. Would definitely stay again.
Best host ever! In all my travels (& I'm 78) I've never had a more helpful, gracious and generous host than Takashi Soda.His units are typical Japanese living spaces, small but with EVERYTHING in them. I highly recommend this accommodation.Easy to get everywhere, the Hiragishi subway and supermarket next to it are a 6 minute walk and a 7Eleven just 3 minutes.Score 9.9/10. The point zero one off is that the beds are not big but everything else over-rides that.
Takashi is a lovely host. Was very friendly and helpful. His English was much better than our Japanese haha He recommended lots of local cafes and restaurants, which were fantastic.The room was small, but clean and comfy with everything you need. Good value! We will likely stay again next year!
