Our family of two adult adults and four teenagers came over Christmas for three nights. Marcella and the rest of the team treated us like family from the delicious breakfast every morning to the Christmas decorations and gifts on Christmas Day.We could walk here from the bus stop as well as to the ski resort and into town for dinner and onsen so we did not need to bother with any shuttles or taxis. Very convenient!Highly recommended!

Carolina the manager goes above and beyond to meet your every need 💎Staff are handpicked from around the world, caring and kind and operated at a very clean & high standard.||BREAKFAST, is out of this world amazing! International variety and the best part is that every single day it is different. Be sure to look out for the famous homemade Marcela Banana Bread, exceptional! ||Location, you are in the middle of everything but in such a quiet side street. 5 minutes walk to gondola & 5 minute walk to village & 2 minute walk to Shimden Onsen. ||Kaizen Ski School is operated out of the hotel. Javier operates ski lessons throughout Nagano Japan, and personalises lessons to match your ability. This was by far the best investment we made during our 2 week stay at this hotel. ||This hotel is value for money and truly made our time there a dream holiday.||Thank you, we shall be back!
ゲレンデまで約10分程度、中心地まで徒歩5分程度、新田の湯がすぐ近くです。新田の湯は新しくなってとてもきれいです！||||いつ来ても明るく親切で日本ごゆっくり、英語流暢なスタッフさんたちが出迎えてくれます。||||朝食は和食、洋食両方あり、毎日変わるので飽きません。野沢菜と信州納豆が美味しかったです。||フルーツも数種類ありました。宿の大きさのわりに諸々の種類豊富だと思います。||||||お布団も二重で腰痛くなりません。リネン類も清潔です。お掃除も行き届いています。
一番近いのは新田の湯。村の真ん中までも徒歩5分くらい。そしてゲレンデまでも歩いていけるという最高にロケーション！村の中心すぎずないところも個人的に好きです。|朝ごはんは和洋両方あって、連泊しても飽きません。|スタッフの方はみんなフレンドリーで色々融通もきかせてくれました。帰る日も昼過ぎに戻ってもタオルとお風呂セット貸してくれるので、帰路に着く前に温泉に入ることも可。|部屋は和室のみ、荷物が多い人はワンサイズ大きめの部屋でもいいかもです。
The place is lovely and clean and we felt cared for and well fed.I would definitely recommend Nozawa Dream.
The staff was very nice and always helpful. The breakfast is good and they changed it everyday so you don’t feel like repeating it. It’s 10 minutes away from the slopes and a little less to the main street with restaurants and bars. Rooms alright and shared bathrooms and bath also tidy.
Amazing breakfast and super close to the village and shuttle bus to the slopes. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have all the necessities. Would definitely stay again when I visit Nozawa!

The room with the futon on tatami was comfortable, the toilets and showers clean. The staff is very friendly and made our stay comfortable from all points of view. You can walk to the ski lifts in about 10min (uphill). City centre, restaurants, and public onsen are all at a few minutes walking distance.

Luxury hotel price but coming with a cheap hostel level of service and facilities. The baths have broken down and are unusable. In five nights we didn't get new towels or sheets. Trash was often full in public areas, and within the sight of the manager. No food available. Rooms have frosted windows facing the hallway which means the room never gets completely dark. Wouldn't stay here again.
