Tourist english speaker here. I went in with a written history translated by ChatGPT and it helped significantly. All the staff were so lovely and accomodating to this and were understanding of the language barrier. The forms were written in English. Be prepared to pay in cash. I also didn't have to wait too long (about 20mins) as there were 3x consult rooms on site. They had a smooth system of calling out your number. The doctor was prepared and used a handheld translator which was pretty good. They were all so lovely and made the experience so smooth despite the language barrier. So I would definitely recommend them if you happen to be in a stressful medical situation and in need of a doctor just be prepared to use ChatGPT and Google translate.

親切丁寧な診察で、行って良かったという安心感がありました。
Had to visit the doctor because of sore throat. Was soon emitted to see a doctor, and she was really helpful. I even reviewed all the drugs she prescribed at the clinic. Not fluent in English, but had forms with English explanations. The doctor spoke well enough that we understood each other.
