Luffy WCF Kumamoto Prefecture Office figurines can be bought here (at the cash register). The place is closed on weekdays, the figurines can be purchased from Hotel Kumamoto Terrsa instead. Card is accepted

Well sorted, sadly, the limited Luffy figurine is sold out until further notice (23.10.24). To get to the station, turn right immidiately after entering through the main entrance, there's is a cafe type thing, and go downstairs. There are some shops, among them the lawson station.
From the Statue enter the goverment buildung and Go straight to the right and Take the stairs down. Currently the Limited figure is sold Out.
★ONE PIECEルフィのフィギュア\u0026菓子有り★県庁入って右手の階段を降り、更に右手奥へ行くとLAWSON（地下1階）にあります。店を入り右手にONE PIECEコーナーの棚があり、ルフィのフィギュアも、各種お菓子もありました。尚、お土産用の日本酒などはあるのに、県庁内なのか、冷蔵コーナーにビールは見当たりませんでした。
