Open, familial vibes. Not even 10 minutes after taking our table, our mixed group of Japanese and American women were being asked to duet by complete strangers. Not creepers thankfully, just happy drunks. We thought we'd shown up on a company happy hour night because everyone in the place seemed to know each other. But they had just met that night and bonded quickly, cheering each other on and as they sang Jpop classics from yesteryear. Popular awamori brands and strong mixed drinks on the menu, too.
Staff is great/friendly. Best karaoke atmosphere in the city.
