部屋は広々としていて、日本本土からのTDY旅行中に2週間近く滞在し、すべての機器を収納するのに十分なスペースがありました。
チェックインとチェックアウト以外のスタッフとのやり取りは最小限でした。
部屋は清潔に保たれ、バスアメニティが豊富でした。
十分な着心地の良い服を持参することをお勧めします。
部屋の温度調節がなく、少し肌寒くなることがあります。
ホテルはテラまで歩いてすぐです。
レストランの割引に行く場合は、ルームカードを忘れずに提示してください。
（原文）The room was spacious, I stayed there for almost 2 weeks during a TDY trip from mainland Japan and had more than enough space for all of my equipment. There was minimal interaction with the staff other than checking in and out. The room was kept clean and overstocked with toiletries. I recommend you bring adequate comfortable clothing, there is no temperature control in the room and it can get a little chilly. The hotel is a short walk to Terra, don't forget to show them your room card if you go for a restaurant discount.

We’re in the middle of our 2 week ROM here at the Westpac and I keep finding myself complimenting every little thing so I figured I’d give them a review!First off, this place runs like a resort. The staff are so professional and kind. The rooms are spotless. Absolutely spotless! We aren’t able to get our room cleaned due to Covid and our recent travels, but we can leave our trash outside our room and it gets picked up every morning within the hour. We get new linens as soon as they are requested. Two fresh bottles of water/coffee/trash bags every morning are left outside our door. Breakfast delivered every morning from Terra.Although we have to spend our first two weeks on the island in “quarantine”, I am so thankful we are able to do it in such a clean, friendly place!Thanks, Westpac!

（原文）Rooms are kept very clean by the staff. Room is set up like an extended stay suite; small stovetop, a few dishes, sink and small fridge. There is a tiny gym on the fourth floor, a kids playroom on the second. The hotel provides you with a shuttle to get around base, you just have to call the front desk to get a spot

Stayed in the BOQ. Room was large and clean and included daily service. Would recommend staying here and hope to stay again.Lighting in the bathroom was poor.

（原文）Excellent lodging with large, comfortable rooms; fitness rooms; courteous staff, and a good restaurant next door serving complimentary breakfast to hotel guests. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend the West Pac Lodge, when sponsoring new families to Okinawa.

Clean hotel and very friendly staff. Nice patio in back with relaxing fountains and comfortable furniture to relax at the end of the day!🌃 Highly reccommend.
Grab-and-go breakfast items are very convenient and free for guests at the hotel who are just checking in to the area and who need a quick bite but don't have their own wheels yet. Beds are comfortable and all rooms come with a PS2, useful for watching and playing a wide collection of DVDs and games available in the elevator lobbies.
Pretty awesome place. Rooms are nice. There is a ps2 in the room, but I didn't get a chance to use it. Didn't see any games around too.
Overall I had a very pleasant experience. When we first moved here on Island this is the second hotel we stayed and remained for the duration of our time before our home was ready to move in. The staff was as accommodating as they could be with all of our request and needs to be more comfortable. Except for, not being able to adjust the air conditioning in the room it was either freezing popsicle cold or clothes sticking to you hot. It was nice to have an indoor air condition gym ( wish that there were a few more machines and a little larger space) washing machine and dryer on every floor, it was also nice that they offered breakfast in the morning ( although they constantly ran out of food and took days to replenish). They offered coffee around the clock.They offered the basics when it came to kitchen and appliances. The worst part of our stay was the smoke/fire alarm constantly going off and the fire department constantly being called out to the hotel and it always seem to happen between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.! Each time we had to evacuate the building. Sometimes it occurred two to three times a night. We called this place home for over a month and it was hella upgrade from our first hotel. We were happy for the change. The zen like garden made for a great photo opportunities and yoga spot! I wouldn't have a problem if I had to stay long term again....I would recommend packing warm P.J.'s and solid bottom slippers!
Very clean, great wifi, awesome customer service. Highly recommend. You can't beat the price for the accommodations. Would definitely stay again.
