Was convenient at first when I first started using them. It's pretty much impossible now to find a working bike with enough battery in it at their stations/bike stands. There was a period between July to August 2019 where there was virtually NO bikes available even for someone who had a monthly subscription for them in and around central Shinjuku. I recommend using them on the pay-as-you-go basis and not really count on them as a reliable source of transportation.

利用者は私しかいなかった。
ポートが狭すぎる！基本4台しか置けないので、皆さんはみ出して置いちゃってます。
