I had an amazing experience at Zwilling today and I am very happy with the service I received. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and let me try out several knives before I decided on my purchase. This is the best of the East and west. Think Damascus steel and computer guided mirror finish sharpening. They even offer to restore the sharpness at the factory. You cannot achieve this level by hand.Fine staff and a nice variety. Super highly recommended.
