Very nice little venue which had live jazz music when we went.However unfortunately it feels like a rip off as we had to pay 10,000 yen (for 2 persons) at the end of the band playing as we had to pay the full music fee despite having arrived late evening and only hearing the band for 20 minutes. (We also had 2 drinks for 2,200 yen, meaning that the music fee was around 4000 persons person.) This does not feel fair, despite understanding that the money will go to the band. Unfortunately we also did not see any sign upfront that there will be a full fee that high to be paid. We definitely would have asked how long the band is still playing in that case.
Great Little bar, dedicated to the love of bob dylan. Lovely atmosphere, just a great night.

My favourite bar in all of Tokyo, no questions asked! The bar is a beautiful homage to the one and only Bob Dylan, and Tokyo Bob (the owner) is a gem of a person. Lovely regulars, excellent live music every few weeks, amazing music every night and a great selection of drinks and beers. I couldn’t imagine a better bar if I tried: thank you Tokyo Bob, for making a small part of a very foreign city feel like home for 3 months. Polka dots will be the first place I go when I’m back in Tokyo one day 😁
