Very good service
Wonderful service! I came to this branch as recommended by my colleague since as a foreigner I was rejected to open a bank account online if you had only arrived to Japan within 6 months. Hosokawa sama 細川樣 was very detail oriented and gently explained the entire application process. The cash card was chosen with credit card function since it is hard for foreigners to apply for credit card by Japanese bank in Japan (this was a result of my rant but it was given a solution!) Kudos to the team at Mabu shiten~ (my bank experience was entirely in Japanese so it may differ if you only speak English but the employees are very friendly and always happy to help ^ ^)

I opened a new bank account here today as a student and I don't usually leave reviews but I just wanted people to know how great the customer service was from all the staff I encountered.The young employee who handled my account spoke English fluently and was very helpful and provided useful information. I honestly regret not asking for his name to put it in this review.
