I had a great experience with Fontana. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They constantly tried to find the best solution for me. The communication from their side is always with respect and with a good intention - especially from Jason.The two sharehouses that I stayed in had a very good price-performance ratio - the best choice for somebody looking for a decent place to live in Tokyo with lower costs and no bureaucracy.I can only recommend.

They were fast, efficient, and highly skilled in finding exactly what I was looking for.Their website is truly user-friendly, and the team can communicate in English, which is a huge advantage for anyone who doesn’t speak Japanese but wants a reliable source even before arriving in Japan. From the very beginning, they were honest, understanding, and always friendly, making it easy to navigate Tokyo’s complex real estate market.Overall, I couldn’t recommend Fontana more—five stars without hesitation!
I had a very good experience renting from Fontana. I stayed for about 3 months. My contact at Fontana was Jason. He was very professional, responsive and thorough. Trying to rent an apartment in Tokyo is so stressful so I really appreciate the very fast email replies. Everything in my apartment worked. The fridge, air condition, washer, sink all worked well. Not sure about the stove because I did not cook. The bed sheet and comforter cover were ok but not of the highest quality. Next time, I will buy a very good set of beddings and I am all set for a long stay. I would rent from Fontana again the next time I visit Tokyo.
After renting an apartment with Fontana, I cannot recommend the agency highly enough. It can be very difficult for expats to find apartments in Tokyo, with many hidden fees, endless rules, and no ability to lock in a contract prior to arrival. Fontana's helpful and responsive staff, streamlined processes, and competitive prices are tailor-made for international migrants to Tokyo and made our first few months in the city substantially easier and less stressful. The guidance and support provided by Emanuele and Lorenzo in particular were invaluable, and we are very grateful to them!
I rented an apartment with Fontana for 8 months last year. Every step of the process was clear and well executed, and everyone at the office was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. Everything you need to know about renting is detailed on their site, the apartment itself comes with a comprehensive reference manual, and there are no hidden fees - and when I moved out I got my deposit back in full, so a great experience all round - especially considering the alternative options in Tokyo. Highly recommended.

Ya he alquilado en dos ocasiones con ellos y nunca tuve ningún problema.Tanto el jefe como los trabajadores son gente honesta y atenta que te ayudan en todo.Si eres extranjero Fontana en la mejor inmobiliaria en la que puedes alquilar ya que tienen apartaments y sharehouses con un precio más que aceptable para ser extranjero, ya que el alquiler para extranjeros es muy complicado vivir n Japón.Está review es honesta, he sido cliente de ellos en dos ocasiones y nunca tuve ningún problema con ellos, todo fue genial y espero que haya una tercera vez.Raúl Díaz.
