香取神宮まで徒歩5分で、歴史的な雰囲気を楽しめます。
レトロでアンティーク調のインテリアが素敵な居心地を演出しています。
自転車で周辺の自然や田園風景を満喫できる立地が魅力です。
１月中旬の週末に、一泊で家族５人で利用しました。十分すぎるお部屋の広さとゴージャス感漂うインテリア、ふかふかでたっぷりサイズのベッド、マットレス…！！などなどとっても快適に過ごさせていただきました。ごみの分別などルールも分かりやすく示していただいてたので、過ごしやすかったです。香取神宮へは２日目の日曜朝に参拝しました。徒歩ですぐに行けて、その道程も気持ちよく、とても良かったです！三連休の次の週ということもあってか、または朝10時という時間のためか、特に並ぶ事なくお参りができました。参道のお店も程良い人足で賑わいがあり、おいしいお団子等々堪能しました。心も体もリフレッシュ！エナジーチャージできて大満足のステイでした。ありがとうございました！今回神宮で御朱印帳を作ったので、次は鹿島にも足を伸ばしてみたいですし、またぜひ利用したいです！
初めての民泊です。想像以上に素敵で感動しました。自然に囲まれた閑静な場所にあり、昔行ったおばあちゃん家のような懐かしい落ち着いた家なのに、部屋は広く清潔ですべてにこだわりを感じるハイセンスなインテリア。家の中を見るだけでも充分楽しめました。夜はおしゃれな庭を見ながら虫の音を聞きお酒を嗜む最高の時を過ごせます。こんな物も用意してくれてるの？と、ホストさんの細かい気遣いがすべてに行き渡っているのがわかります。レストランや観光の情報もたくさん教えていただいたので佐原を堪能できました。民泊がみんなこうならばハマりそうです。若干観光時間が足りなくなってしまったので、次回ゆっくり来てまたお世話になろうと思います。
香取神宮にも歩いて５分。すぐそばでした。静かなところでぐっすり眠れました。朝はウグイスのさえずりで目が覚め、荘厳な香取神宮へお参りしました。佐原市街地やザファームコテージへのアクセスも良いです。宿泊施設は部屋数も多く５〜６人は楽に泊まれる広さと装備でした。Wi-Fiもあり、使い勝手が良かったです。次回はもっとゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。
レトロ&アンティーク調のインテリアで素敵な雰囲気でした！広々としたリビングからは整えられた庭を眺める事もできリラックスして過ごす事ができました。キッチン、トイレ、浴室も清潔感があり使いやすかったです。観光スポットのパンフレットが複数揃えられている等、お部屋の至る所にきめ細やかな配慮がなされていました。リビングの他に和室2部屋、洋室2部屋あるので次回はぜひ友達や親戚と利用したいと思います。こちらを利用させていただいた事で、今まで知らなかった香取の魅力もたくさん知る事ができ大満足でした。
Our family of 6 stayed here during Lunar New Year, and had such a wonderful time. Knowing it’s holiday season for many Asian families, we wanted to stay away from the city and still be close to the airport, Katori turns out to be an excellent choice - especially if you enjoy slow lifestyle and appreciate little moments.The guest house is situated right nearby Katori Shrine, and a quick drive to many destinations. We came in the winter, and I can imagine the view would be even much more prettier in spring and summer.The host is very responsive and makes many great recommendations. The house had everything we needed during the stay. It had many small signs as guidance, making it easy to find what we need. I also like the Japanese festive decorations they have throughout the house, makes it feel like home ☺️
We were pleasantly grateful for our stay here in such a beautiful local cottage, where you may find enjoyment to witness its diligently-preserved architecture and experience the peaceful time of village life.

周辺のオススメ
We have had the pleasure of staying in Nouveau Marche twice (so far 😊). We loved the country of Japan, this house and the Katori area so much in 2025, we have returned in 2026.The hosts are wonderful, generous and caring people. We thoroughly have enjoyed meeting them and learning about their country.The accommodation itself is very comfortable for a couple or a larger group. There is no detail or need that one might have that hasn’t been considered and provided for by the host.The area around Nouveau Marche is wonderful for adventure seekers. We are lucky to have bikes so we can enjoy the many country roads, see rice fields, farms, bamboo forests and listen to birds and nature - away from the busyness. However when one wants to venture into Sawara to shop, eat wonderful food, enjoy the friendly people and culture, the sites this area has to offer, it is all within a short distance. The Katori Shrine park is a wonderful sanctuary of nature and a must see. It is only a 5-minute walk down the road. For us this beautiful accommodation is perfect. We see returning many times in the future. Nouveau Marche has it all.
