軽井沢攻撃ディナーをいただきました。前菜のバーニャカウダはよくあるソースを温めるタイプのものではなく二種類のソースを常温のままつけていただくタイプでした。野菜が大きく中にはものすごく固くて差し歯が折れるのではないかとヒヤヒヤ。もう少し薄く切るかスティック状に切っていただけた方がいいかと。全体的にとても割高に感じました。都内でももうおなじような少し安いところもありもしかしたら外国人向けの値段設定なのでしょうか。
Great time, relaxing vibes and chill out spot for food. We stayed at the hotel and decided to eat here because most places on this side of Karuizawa close around 5 or 6pm.Although portions are on the smaller side, but we used the vouchers they provided us so we didn't have to spend too much and tasted pretty good too.The Chef seems to be running the joint by himself - chef, waiter, bartender, check-in for hotel guests. Maybe it was a particularly busy night, but he definitely needs an assistant. He was polite and pleasant.
宿泊のディナーで利用させていただきました。スタッフの方のホスピタリティに非常に満足し良い旅となりました。少し気になったのは、建物のつくり。壁紙や部屋の作りなどで少しチープさが否めませんでした。
The interior of this wine bar/bistro is beautiful and the food is really good too. But it is overpriced and the portions are tiny. We didn't like the service at all. No one would come to bring water or take the order. The chef seems to be running the place by himself though he is talking to others through his headset. His cooking basically is warming up prepared dishes. I think he is a good chef but doesn't have the necessary skills to run a restaurant yet.
We had great dinner in here.The place and people are very nice. And, the lamb chop is very good.
