We’ve been choosing Jade Group for our ski trips in Hakuba for the past two years, and they never disappoint. Everything is always well organized and the experience is smooth from start to finish.Special thanks to Ivy, who has been amazing every time. From making the reservation to helping us during our stay, she’s always supportive, responsive, and easy to talk to. You can really feel that she cares about the guests.Big thumbs up to Ivy and the Jade Group team. Highly recommended if you’re planning a ski trip in Hakuba. ☃️❄️
ชาเลต์สกีสุดยอดเยี่ยมที่มีทุกอย่างครบครันเดินไปถนนหลักของ Echoland ได้สะดวก มีคาเฟ่ ร้านกาแฟ ร้านอิซากายะ ร้านเช่าอุปกรณ์สกี ฯลฯห้องนอน 4 ห้องพร้อมห้องน้ำในตัว และออนเซ็นส่วนตัวสุดอลังการให้คุณได้แช่น้ำผ่อนคลาย!!!ห้องนั่งเล่นขนาดใหญ่พร้อมทีวีจอแบนและลำโพงบลูทูธ B&O ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยเห็น โต๊ะรับประทานอาหารที่นั่งได้ 8 คนอย่างสบาย และห้องครัวครบครันพร้อมเครื่องล้างจานและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆผู้ดูแลให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างรวดเร็วทั้งก่อนและระหว่างการเข้าพัก และพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือทุกอย่างมีที่จอดรถฟรีอยู่หน้าชาเลต์ และพื้นที่เก็บอุปกรณ์สกีมากมาย และที่สำคัญคือมีเครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้าให้คุณซักผ้าได้ระหว่างเข้าพักทุกอย่างใหม่เอี่ยมและมีคุณภาพสูงมาก ไปลองสัมผัสด้วยตัวเองเถอะ
We are disappointed with the concierge service during our stay. Our requests were often delayed, and some amenities malfunctioned. The lack of responsiveness and poor communication from arrival to departure was frustrating. Additionally, if there are extra over charges for services, they should be clearly disclosed on your website. On a positive note, the house is spacious and beautifully designed, but the combination of these issues significantly impacted our experience just like this tree in the chalet.

Absolutely awesome ski chalet that has everything.Walking distance to Echoland Main Street with cafes, coffee, izakaya, rental gear, etc4x ensuite bedrooms plus an amazing private Onsen for you to soak/relax!!!Massive living area with flatscreen TV and the biggest B&O Bluetooth speaker I have ever seen. Dining table that seats 8 comfortably and a full kitchen with dishwasher and all the bells/whistles.The operators were super responsive both ahead of arrival and during our stay and were able to help with everything.There is free parking right outside your chalet and plenty of place to store your ski gear. Did I mention it has a washer & dryer so you can do laundry during your stay.Everything was brand new and high-end quality. Just go and experience for yourself.
